Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of JXPerience.com, operated by JXPerience.com LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms.
1. The service
JXPerience is a marketplace that connects travelers with local workshop hosts in Japan. The workshop itself is provided by the host business, not by us.
2. Bookings and payment
A booking becomes final when the host confirms it. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in Japanese Yen and include consumption tax unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge until the host confirms your booking. After confirmation, the host's cancellation policy applies. Contact the host through the booking chat for changes.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
