What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, nationality), booking information, messages exchanged with hosts, and payment status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To operate bookings, connect you with hosts, send transactional emails (verification, booking updates), and improve the service. We never sell your data.
Sharing
Hosts see the information needed to run your workshop: your name, contact details, party size, and your answers to their questions.
Your rights
You can update your profile anytime, or request deletion of your account by contacting contact@jxperience.com.
